We will do everything in our power to help you on your journey to a healthier, happier, fitter you!
However we will not make false promises, no one will do it for you, any process you undertake requires YOU to take personal responsibility for your results, if you don't feel this is something you can do, to avoid disappointment and to avoid the wastage of time we politely ask that you reconsider your application!
That said, if you can apply your self, follow a plan and exercise some level of self control then we have an exciting road ahead of us!
Please be realistic in setting goals, remembering the following three points:
1) We will not assist in a ‘crash diet’ program.
2) you can only gain a LB of real muscle a month in an idea world.
3) We will only look to drop 0.5-1lb of fat a week maximum.
Type of program:
One off planned diet with 2 weeks support and 1 x plan modification after 2 weeks (£49.95)
Rolling Diet plan with monthly review (£45 per month)
Total nutritional support program (£90 one off £60 per month)
A one off diet consists of a 30 minuet to 1 hour consultation either via instant messenger, face to face or telephone, plus 1x tailored diet plan specifically constructed for you. A Rolling diet plan consists of the above but with a weekly check in to see how things are progressing and updated guidance once a month based on progress. our top package consists of all the above as well as (with in reason!) 24/7 support, either by phone, email or face to face.
Our diets are compiled by company founder Richard Foster who is a level five advanced sports and exercise nutritionalist.
